Module-1. The main power module of the machine with a power of 1.5 kW is equipped with a control unit and a foot control station.
Module 2. The profile bender is designed for radius bending of profile pipes from 10 to 50 mm, solid rolled products with a cross section of up to 10 mm (works in tandem with Module-1).
Module-3. Forging block with 2 sets of rollers for preparing a shaped pipe: 15×15, 20×20 mm and a set of rollers for rolling out ends, in addition, the module -3 includes a set of rollers for preparing a shaped pipe 10×10 (works in tandem with Module-1).
Module-4. Retaining roller, 3 snails: U-4, U-5 and U-6, 2 rollers for applying relief: “garland” 15×15 mm and “cascade” 20×20 mm. (works with Module-3).
Module-5. Console for longitudinal twisting. The module allows to produce “torsion” and “basket” elements (works with Module-3).
Most of the machine parts and all tooling go through a process of additional, long-term corrosion protection.
