Logistics & delivery of portable buildings

Cabin Delivery and Installation

To enable us to meet an ever increasing demand for our vast range of products we provide an unrivalled delivery service to our customers nationwide.

We have investment heavily in our logistics fleet to ensure that site deliveries and collections are planned to meet each customer’s strict time schedules. When delivering portable cabins and secure containers each delivery vehicle is equipped with Hi-ab off-loading facility to allow each Maks Company building to be placed as near to our customers chosen site position as possible whilst complying with current Health & Safety regulations.

Our team of delivery drivers and service installation engineers are all fully trained in Maks Company products and specifications.

During busy periods Maks Company also has the backing of approved external logistics specialists who have been selected ensuring that they comply with strict requirements to meet our high standards. Dismantling and Removal

At the end of your hire period we will visit site to safely remove your hired cabin or cabin complex. Note that there will be a notice period depending on the product type, configuration and quantity of cabins you have on hire. Please contact your nearest Maks Company office who will be able to advise the details of your removal. Health and safety

Maks Company is committed to continuous improvement in Health and Safety, and we instil this value and commitment to the safety of our workforce, the public and any visitors to oursites.

• Maks Company adopt an occupational health screening programme for all staff including those who carry out safety critical work activities on site.
• A full time dedicated Health and Safety management team responsible for ensuring the upkeep of safety procedures and standards.
• Comprehensive Safety Manuals, Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Safe Working Procedures are issued to all staff and subcontractors.
• We carry out regular audits and inspections to ensure legislative compliance and employee awareness of their duties.
• All operatives working on site will be accredited to the appropriate (CSCS, CPCS, ALLMI) scheme

Asset Management

At Maks Company we run an InspHire asset management system that allows us to have an instant overview of the status of all stock levels and availability at every depot throughout the Caucasus region. Mobile working

Customer signatures can be captured on site directly onto the PDA by our mobile staff, with the date and time, a copy of the signature and relevant documentation. Route planning

Maintenance
As soon as we receive your order you become part of a highly efficient process that has been practised in Maks Company for many years.

The product you have ordered is carefully selected from stock and subject to stringent tests, checking that all parts have been maintained and remain in good working order to meet our high standards.

Prior to delivery a final inspection is made to ensure you get exactly the product you have ordered and once it has been delivered and installed it is ready for immediate use.

Whilst Maks Company products are on hire / lease to you we will carry out any maintenance to ensure your continued comfort and safety.

Repairs
From time to time you may need repairs carrying out on your hired/leased products due to a variety of reasons including vandalism or accidents by your own staff. In these instances Maks Company Support Services are readily available to complete any repairs.

To help overcome heavy unexpected costs at the end of your hire/lease contract we offer a Damage Waiver scheme.

Alterations
If you decide that your requirements have changed since the start of your hire/leasing contract with us and you need alterations then we can arrange for Maks Company Support Services to visit your premises to complete the work for you.

With a nationwide Support Services team made up of qualified tradespeople we can also carry out repairs to your own property.

Portable toilet servicing

Maks Company operates a specialised tanker fleet capable of emptying waste tanks of up to 3,000 gallons. As would be expected of a company with Maks’s reputation, all waste is disposed of safely and in accordance with current waste regulations.

With over 100 tankers operating throughout the country, availability is no problem.

Our tankers are managed by computerised route planning and GPS vehicle tracking.

With Maks Company single portable chemical toilets we provide regular toilet servicing to ensure cleanliness of your portable toilet and replenishment of consumables. Our regular single portable toilet service includes:

• Toilet cleaned and serviced to agreed timescale
• ffluent is removed from your toilet and disposed of in line with current waste regulations
• Toilet is refilled with fresh clean water
• Thorough clean of your portable toilet during service and left ready for immediate use
• Hand towels, toilet rolls and soap are replenished
• Our bar coding facility allows us to quickly and easily confirm the service history of your toilet

Our recent multi-million pound investment in the Maks Company logistics fleet ensures that site deliveries and collections are planned to meet each customer’s strict time schedules.

When delivering a modular building delivery vehicles are equipped with a Hi-ab off-loading facility to allow each Maks Company building to be placed as near to our customers chosen site position as possible.

Alternatively on larger projects where a longer reach is required we use suitable all terrain cranes.

Both options comply with current Health & Safety regulations.

Whilst Maks Company products are on hire to you we will carry out any maintenance to ensure your continued comfort and safety. We have 100+ engineers in all locations of the country ready to respond to any maintenance or repair request. GPS tracking is fitted to all vehicles ensuring that your maintenance or repair request can be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We strive to ensure total customer satisfaction and take great care to ensure it is achieved.

We also offer a selection of dedicated ‘long term’ services and provide support and peace of mind after your building has been installed.

These can include regular building maintenance, electrical services maintenance, plumbing services maintenance, fire & intruder alarm system maintenance, air conditioning & fresh air ventilation maintenance, lift maintenance, plus much more.

Relocation
We are sympathetic to the fact that your business may change and with this is mind we offer a range of reconfiguration and relocation services that give you flexibility to adapt your business premises as your business develops.

Building regulations & planning

Building Regulations
Maks Company specialist in house design team have full working knowledge of relevant Building Regulations and Standards, Building Bulletins and Healthcare regulations. Regular in house and external training ensures our design team are kept up to date with the latest proposed and implemented regulations.

Maks Company are able to offer a full turnkey solution for Building Regulations approval. Working alongside our experienced Approved Inspector, Maks will submit all relevant applications and manage the process from initial advice and plan check through to final inspection and certification.
